Tiny Dreamers

This project was inspired by a vivid dream of a large-scale installation populated with hundreds of tiny figures, each engaged in different activities. To bring this vision to life, I began by creating a single piece to explore the scale and feasibility of the idea.

Each figure, measuring no more than 3 cm, presented a meticulous and time-intensive challenge to sculpt by hand. Each figure, representing a certain moment of life, a certain emotion and reaction. To streamline the process and make the dream a reality, I decided to replicate the figures using the slip casting method. This technique allows for the production of hundreds of detailed, identical figures while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.

The journey has just begun, and more developments are on the horizon as this dream continues to take shape.
