SHIPPING POLICY
At the moment, we do not offer shipping for our products. Since everything is still new and in development, all items must be collected in person at our location in Berlin, Germany.
What’s Coming: We’re working hard to bring you shipping options soon, so you’ll be able to have your favorite handmade pieces delivered directly to your home. Please check back for updates – we’ll let you know as soon as shipping is available!
In the meantime, you’re always welcome to visit us and pick up your items in person.
RETURN POLICY
Return Policy for Handmade Products
Because all of our pieces are carefully handmade, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or misrepresented. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase, so we encourage you to inspect your items when you collect them.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you discover that your item is defective or damaged, please let us know immediately by contacting us at casstleofclay@gmail.com. We will be happy to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund for you. -
Custom or Personalized Items:
Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please consider this before placing an order.
Return Policy for Classes and Workshops
We want you to enjoy your experience at Casstle of Clay, so please read our class cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before the Class:
You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the class starts. -
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Class:
You’ll receive a 50% refund if you cancel within 7 days of the class. -
Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before the Class or No-Shows:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in this case.
If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours before the class. We’ll do our best to find an alternative date for you, depending on availability. Please be aware that rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Satisfaction with Your Workshop Results
While you’ll be guided through the process, we cannot guarantee that the final results will meet your expectations. The outcome of your ceramic projects may vary based on individual skill and effort.
By booking a class, you acknowledge that results may differ, and Casstle of Clay cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction with the final product.
